The system shows a wrong size. What to do?: If register marks or the like are outside the format the system calculates the total area. You should upload the graphic without it. If you do nothing, we will delete them.
The colour is not correct, although you have worked on the data file professionally?: For production reasons we have to use consistent colour names in our system. Therefore we have to rename spot colours into system colours, if necessary. Important: We change nothing on your datas! The colours you have configured will be used by us like you have built it up.
The advert is out of focus?: The resolution of the transferred data file is probably o.k., we simply have a problem with the graphical representation of a few adverts, but we work on it! Is it really the case that we have a low resolution; the system will show us an explicit fault (.too less resolution.).
